Sterling Home Offer — a DBA (registered trade name) of Aegis Media Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Sterling Home Offer," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.sterlinghomeoffer.com (the "Site") and any request you submit for a cash offer on your property. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are and What We Do
Sterling Home Offer connects property owners with a cash-purchase process for residential real estate. Through the Site you may request a no-obligation cash offer on a property by submitting our form and answering questions about the property.
We are a real estate buying service, not your agent, broker, attorney, or fiduciary. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, or real estate brokerage advice. You should consult your own advisors before deciding to sell your property.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Site. By submitting a form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that you are the owner of the property (or authorized to act for the owner), and that you are the subscriber or customary user of any telephone number you provide.
3. No Guarantee of an Offer
Submitting a form does not obligate us to make an offer, and any preliminary offer range we communicate is an estimate only, subject to verification, inspection, title review, and execution of a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. No offer is binding until a written purchase and sale agreement is fully executed. We may decline to make an offer for any reason permitted by law.
4. Communications

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, scrape the Site, or attempt to access non-public systems;
- Use the Site to harass, harm, or impersonate any person.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content on it (text, graphics, logos, design, and software) are owned by or licensed to Aegis Media Group, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of requesting a cash offer. "Sterling Home Offer" and associated logos are trade names/marks of Aegis Media Group, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including advertising platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY ESTIMATE, OFFER RANGE, OR PROPERTY VALUATION COMMUNICATED THROUGH THE SITE IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEGIS MEDIA GROUP, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
This Section does not apply to any written purchase and sale agreement you may later sign, which will be governed by its own terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aegis Media Group, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
