Do Not Call Policy
Sterling Home Offer (Aegis Media Group, LLC) maintains a strict Do Not Call policy in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), and all applicable state telemarketing laws.
How to Opt Out
You can request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list by any of the following methods:
- During a call: Tell the agent "don't call me" or words to that effect
- By phone: Call (786) 940-0185 and request removal
- By text: Reply STOP to any text message from us
- By email: Send a message to info@sterlinghomeoffer.com with subject "Do Not Call Request" and include the phone number(s) you want removed
- By mail: Write to Aegis Media Group, LLC d/b/a Sterling Home Offer, 1718 Capitol Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001
Processing Time
- Phone/in-call requests: processed within 24 hours
- Text STOP requests: processed within 15 days (Florida safe harbor)
- Email/mail requests: processed within 30 days
What Happens When You Opt Out
- Your phone number is added to our internal Do Not Call list
- You will not receive further calls or text messages from us
- Your Do Not Call status is maintained for a minimum of 10 years (Virginia requirement, applied nationwide)
- Your number is never removed from our Do Not Call list unless you affirmatively request reinstatement
Our Compliance Practices
- We scrub all calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and all applicable state registries before any outreach
- We maintain a centralized internal Do Not Call list
- We honor all opt-out requests promptly
- We conduct all outreach within legally permitted calling hours
- We train all personnel on Do Not Call compliance
- We conduct regular audits of our calling practices
